I downloaded the driver through Dell's support site. The normal install did not assist. I removed the awarding from Programs and Features, so used Method 2 from in a higher place to remove the driver from Device Manager.

(reboot)

Found the original exe I downloaded for the Dell Driver setup. Used vii-Nada to extract the files.

Opened Figurer Management -> Device Manager. Right clicked mouse drivers -> Update -> Permit me choose -> Point to the location I extracted the Drivers to.

(C:\Drivers\M3800_Input_Driver_D2M6V\product\Windows10-x64)

It found the driver and installed.

(reboot)

Touchpad Two Finger whorl is now working. Thank you RizwanPasha for your info and I hope these addition steps tin can assist others.

I am unable to detect the touchpad. Under the mouse department, I am unable to observe out the touchpad option. I have fastened the paradigm. Also in the device managing director section, I am unable to find the touchpad.
